Hopefully, my photos will be taken in a studio.
Potential hazards include wires and hot bulbs/lighting equipment.
To minimise these hazards I will make sure he cables and wires are tied up and the lighting equipment is moved using the handle at he back. Also, if I need to use a snoot I will make sure that it is attached to the light properly and securely.
If I use a studio then the time of day and weather probably won't effect the outcome of my images unless the model is wet and the uni studio needs to be empty a a certain time.
To create a high key image the background must be well lit and can also be made lighter using the dodge tool on photoshop.
To create a low key image the lighting must be kept to a minimum by using soft boxes and snoots to light the model. The Background can also be made darker by using the burn tool in photoshop.
will need permission to take photos in the studio as other students from both college and uni will need it. I could ask to book the studio at a time when no one else will need it. I may need to ask to book the studio at Shiney Row.
Other people/crowds won't be much of a problem, however, is anyone else comes into the room the only thing which would effect the pictures is lighting (for a low key image) and if they stood near the model.
I will need to rely on the model to turn up, but I wont need to rely on anyone for lifts and props. Hopefully, I will be able to meet the model at the university t a certain booked time.
My plan B would be to either get the bus to Shiney Row or possibly ask to be dropped off to take the pictures.
I think I have thought of everything, but if I do think of anything else to consider I will add another post.
